To support Services Canada in recruiting, screening and assessing the eligibility and quality of each project, the Application Form collects information regarding health and safety practices of company, working environment policies, mentoring plans, supervision strategies, career development plan, skill enhancement plan and other details of the company and the proposed job offer.
