  • Identify, Source and finalize Point of Sales, GSM sites, Offices, Storage Spaces, Land and temporary Point-of-Sales as per the requirements of Sales and Engineering Department
  • Negotiate and close deals in best interest of Etisalat. Ensuring all leasing fit-out timeframes are in-line with the minimum built-up time, documentation and resource capabilities of the end user.
  • Enhance the productivity and development of employees by providing required training and development of leasing team.
  • Assume responsibility of authenticity of database maintained and reported to management, forecast requirement of OPEX for leasing accurately and in consultation with other stake holders to avoid surprise or over runs
  • Playing strategic roll on being a member of selection process committee.
  • Responsible for the end to end project delivery and coordination of retail development from site handover, tracking Trade Marketing progress with fit out development to successful delivery to sales department.
  • Lead and coordinate remedy for any dispute, to resolve dispute to best interest of the Etisalat/business.
  • Plan and forecast to prevent all unforeseen penalties towards late opening or late handover of POS. Where penalties are enforced, act as the negotiator to eliminate or shrink the applied penalties by the landlord.
  • Identify additional resources and support when required to ensure overall Success.
  • Performs any other related duties, as required for business i.e Represent Administration Division in tender evaluation, negotiations and steering committees
