Agriculture and Farming Jobs in AUSTRALIA for Foreigners: Agricultural, farming, harvesting and animal conservation work includes Citrus harvest, pruning and thinning and general orchard maintenance. Hours are varied and can include some weekend work. Flexibility with hours is required, depending on weather and fruit maturity. Workers must have their own transport and accommodation and be willing to commit to 6 months continual work. Preference will be given to workers with previous experience. Work will commence in December. You must have an ability to do physical labor in hot and humid conditions. Similarly, local farms in Canada are seeking the services of Citrus Pickers/Packers for the 2017 season. Workers must be available to work up to 7 days per week depending on weather and market demands. Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience and own picking bags however training and equipment will be provided for new pickers. This work is paid a contract rate (Piece Worker). This work is suitable for people on working holiday visas wanting second year extensions (88 days regional work). Applicants must have their own transport and be reliable workers.
